You can schedule a visit by filling out our online booking form or contacting our leasing office directly at +1 (212) 695-1962. We offer both in-person walkthroughs and guided virtual tours seven days a week.
2- What utilities and services are included in the monthly rent?
Monthly rent includes access to all resident amenities, trash disposal, and high-speed building Wi-Fi in common areas. Water, electricity, and private heating/cooling are billed separately based on individual unit usage.
3- Is the building pet-friendly, and are there restrictions?
Yes! stackly is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two pets per apartment (cats and dogs). A one-time pet deposit and minor monthly pet fee apply. Please consult our leasing team for specific breed and weight guidelines.
4- What security and concierge services are available?
We prioritize resident safety with 24/7 front desk concierge service, secure keycard access for all entrances and elevators, and continuous CCTV monitoring throughout common property areas.
5- What parking options and garage facilities are provided?
Our multi-level underground garage offers secure parking spaces, reserved resident stalls, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and dedicated bicycle storage facilities.

1- What is the lease application process and deposit requirement?
Applications can be submitted online. We require a valid ID, proof of income, and a standard background check. Once approved, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent reserves your residence.
2- Are flexible or short-term lease options available?
Standard leases range from 12 to 24 months. However, flexible lease terms (including 6-month options) are available upon request depending on seasonal availability.
3- How do maintenance requests and emergency repairs work?
Residents can log non-emergency service requests 24/7 through our mobile resident portal. Our on-site maintenance team typically resolves standard requests within 24 hours, and emergency response is available around the clock.
4-Can I reserve private amenity spaces for events?
Yes! Select amenities, such as the private dining room, rooftop lounge, and wellness space, can be reserved through the resident app for personal gatherings and private events.
5.What accommodations are provided for visitors with disabilities?
Our entire building is fully ADA-compliant. We feature step-free main entrances, accessible elevator pathways, wide corridors, step-free access to all common amenities, and customizable accessible fixtures in select residences.
